Are there any apps that allow for international collaboration?
This is a US store that mainly sells in EU.
Is there a way for an EN editor to make changes on the back end that will appear in the front end in the target language?
E.g - EN editor writes a product description and sets the product in active
It then appears in Czech or any other language.
What are my options as Google Translate is very ineffective in accurate translations?

Instead of that why are you not trying translation apps like https://apps.shopify.com/transcy-multiple-languages?ot=e7cdb86b-01eb-4420-921e-dd23f71705a9&surface_detail=translation&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=1&surface_type=search_ad which will translate the store from the user end??
If you want to solve this issue from your end hiring a translator is the only option because they can translate it for you and you can upload it from the backend itself.
