Issue: In the Canopy (Natural style) Shopify theme, the menu only showed standard dropdowns, and the user wanted to enable a mega menu (an expanded, multi-column navigation layout).
Context: Demo stores displayed mega menus, but the user couldn’t find a mega menu option in their theme settings. Screenshots showed regular dropdown behavior and no explicit mega menu toggle.
Request: Another participant asked for the store URL to investigate.
Resolution: The original poster resolved the issue by adding sub-menus for all menu items. Creating sub-menu levels triggered the mega menu behavior in Canopy.
Outcome: Problem solved with a configuration change (build sub-menus under each top-level item). No further actions needed.
Status: Resolved. No remaining open questions.
Notes: Images were central to understanding the initial problem (showing dropdowns and missing settings), but the fix did not require theme purchase—only proper menu structure.

I can see mega menus in demo stores but need the mega menus. I haven’t purchased it because I want to test it first. I am using this theme for my grocery store.

Fixed it myself. Actually, I had to add sub-menus for all the items.
