Current Youtube video on my store wont play automatically on mobile? I’ve heard I need to convert the video into something else rather than a youtube video for it to work but unsure on what to do?

Youtube autoplay can not be done on Android/iOs.

I’d suggest using videos uploaded from your own store with the tag if you want to achieve that.
