Hi, does anybody know how to allow for multiple discount codes on Shopify? Since the announcement we have been waiting to see it on our shopify but no such luck. We want to be able to give certain team members 2 codes for 100% off product and 100% off shipping at the same time - will this be possible? and when might all accounts get this upgrade?

Is there a specific order value you want to offer to your staff? In the meantime, you could use gift cards as an option to solve this problem. Check out this guide for information on how to issue gift cards.

As we don’t want to count these order towards our sales figures we want them to be able to be 0 value. And on top of that get free shipping even though they would be under the threshold we currently have for shipping.

In this case, I would suggest creating a draft order for the customer and setting a discount of 100% yourself. You would just need to ask your employee which products they were looking to purchase.

This will be much easier for fewer employees instead of more employees.

You could set up a form to collect information from your employees. Then manually create those orders as draft orders and discount them 100%!
