How can I enable order information access for a collaborator?

Hi!

I’m just starting to use shopify. I have a eshop and i’m working with people from China, so I gave them collaborator access, but the problem is that they can see orders but they can’t open order information link. Can you help?

Hi,

You should make sure that all needed access is provided (Orders section: Edit Orders and Refund Orders; Draft Orders section). You can check it in your admin panel (Settings - Users and Permissions).
