I sell personalized product and would like to set my shop up so that a 20% deposit is taken upfront and the remaining 80% on cash on dilivary. Is there a deposit or part payment function in shopify POS? I looked at the app store but the ones I found were more for splitting payment over different cards.
It depend on your Account which nationality you have dear. Have you paypal for business or strip

We have this question too; however, I am lost as to the 2 responses. I refuse to use PayPal for anything! As to the other, is this a Shopify App?

You can process the 20% first (and make sure to not set auto fulfillment on, else you would lose track). Upon COD, you can then go back to the order and select the balance to be paid, using POS as well
