On my check out in country/region appear only United States. I can’t ship to other country. Please help
me to fix this.

Definitely a great idea to post your inquiries here as we have a great group of contributors to help you out with anything regarding the platform.
With this inquiry, you will need to head over and create a new shipping profile in your settings. You will need to a shipping profile for all the countries in Europe that you would like to ship to.
In order to do this, we have a great help document that will walk you through adding locations to where your store will ship. Feel free to checkout this document to be guided in this process.
