Have you set up shipping zones for all the countries/regions that you want to ship to? Typically, when only one country appears as an option at checkout, it’s because additional shipping zones have not been created. If you’ve confirmed that shipping zones have been created but you still only see the option to choose Austria at checkout, would you be able to send me a screenshot of your shipping settings (showing your shipping rates and shipping zones)? That would be super helpful. If you could also share your store’s URL, I’d be happy to go through the checkout myself to see if I get the same result.
