How can I enable shipping to PO Boxes in my online store?

Hello !!

I am about to launch my Shopify store and just attempting the last bit of check. I realise that it doesn’t allow me to ship a product to a PO Box.

I get an error message. Can someone help please? I want to be able to ship to PO Boxes as many of my customers use a PO Box for mail.

You mentioned an error but didn’t add what the error was, nor where you saw it. Are you able to give more context to your question?
