How can I enable the CCS API in the Shipping Rates - Ship Easy app?

Hello I just installed this app called “Shipping Rates- Ship Easy” for shipping. We are currently going to test the app. The documentation says we needed to contact support to Enable the CCS API. How can I do this or would you guys enable it for me?

Thanks for your post. To get Carrier Calculated Shipping added to a store you would need to reach out directly to support through either a chat or leaving a message, we’re not able to process such a request over the forums at this time.

The quick instructions to proceed: from the Support Link once you sign in with the store, select ‘Order Management’ and then ‘Setting Up Shipping’ and choose ‘Chat with us’ or ‘Leave a message’ at the bottom and mention you’re looking to add Carrier Calculated Shipping to the store.
