You just need to navigate to the Setting, hit the Markets section, and activate international markets to sell to other countries or regions.

In order to allow shipping worldwide, you should activate International Market in Settings.
From Shopify admin, please navigate to Setting > Markets to see if this market is activated or not? If not, simply click on Manage next to the International Market section then you’ll see the Activate button.

Any store on our platform includes the ability to ship worldwide. All you need to do is simply configure your store to do so. Before activating Shopify Markets, you’ll need to add the countries you want to ship to as shipping zones in your shipping profile. You can refer to the following guide to do this:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
- Click Manage beside the shipping profile you’re working with.
- Click Create shipping zone.
- Enter a name for the shipping zone.
- Select the countries and regions that you want to be in the zone.
- Click Done.
- Add any rates that you want for the zone, and then click Save.
If you already have shipping zones and want to add countries to them, you can also edit shipping zones.
