How can I enforce cart quantity restrictions in my online wine store?

hi there

I have a (very small) online shop to sell our own wine, as we have to ship them in UPC etc. parcels I want to force customers to either order 1,3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,.. wine bottles. So they should not be able to finish their order with, let’s say 2 or 7 bottles etc.

Is there a way to do this without loosing (to much) shop update options/ to much coding ?
