Hey all,
New task for me after achieving a good result on 3d scanning is to enlarge display dimension for those 3d scanned models. Talked with support team but the answer i got it doesn’t helped me a lot. I got my product photos at 1200x1200 pixels. What i want is 3d scanned model to be the same dimension in my product page.
What support team said is that i have to edit my 3d file in order to upload it with the dimension i really want and then if i choose 1200x1200 they will be the same with other product static photos.
What i from you is to tell me if you have done it with any 3d files of yours and how it worked. Any suggestion will be accepted.
