How can I enlarge a website image without losing quality?

I have tried re sizing this image multiple times but it still isn’t large like a banner and loses quality, how do I fix

Please remove the wrapper class from the section description section. Instead of this please wrap heading and content in a div with class wrapper. Also please add this css in your css file
