How can I enlarge the logo in the Dawn Theme?

It’s stuck in 300 pixel here. On custom code I read that I need to find themes.css, but in custom code themes.css is not anywhere to find even with the search button or CTRL+F.

If anyone can make a video tutorial I would appreciate it or even just to say what I should do. I need to increase the logo for desktop and mobile version also up to 400 pixel.
