In the past few weeks I have uploaded several times my proof of address but it appears not to be accepted.
The request box to upload proof of address keeps reappearing. Just now I have uploaded again and for now the request box has disappeared. I hope it will work this time. But if not, kindly inform me how to proceed.

Has the request box appeared again since the last time you uploaded your documents? If not, you should be good, and if there are any issues with the document our team will reach out to you. If the request box appears again, please contact our Support Team by email, live chat, or callback through our Help Center. You will need to log in, select your shop, search for a topic, then click continue at the bottom of the page to find contact options. The Support team will be able to look at your account information to see what may be the issue.
