How can I exclude cancelled and exchanged orders from AOV and CR calculations?

Hello,

i have a problem. i am using exchange it app to exchange items. the cancelled and exchanged items are counted as orders and as a result this calculated wrong AOV and CR . please i need an app that will not calculate he cancelled and the exchanged orders as new orders. or is there any other way to do this??
