Hello! I want to exclude the gift card from the COD payment. Is there anyone who knows how I can do this?

This is not directly possible in Shopify’s settings, but you can do it with our app Releasit Cash On Delivery that you can install for free from the Shopify App Store here: https://apps.shopify.com/cash-on-delivery-fee
After you install the app go on the Limit COD page and you will find the option to disable COD for gift cards here:
With this option active, your COD payment method will not be visible if the customer has a gift card on his cart.

You can exclude the gift card from the COD payment using the PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. Here’s how you can do it:
- Choose “Cash on Delivery” from the “Select payment methods” field.
- In the “Products” field, select “Hide if found” and add the gift card product.
This will ensure that the COD payment method is not available when a gift card is in the cart.
