Hi, I can’t find the way to export a list of my purchase orders (purchases that I do to my suppliers). I only can export one by one in PDF. I miss an “Export to CSV” button or a specific report. I think it’s a basic feature but I can find it, what’s the way, please?
I need this capability too. Seems like a very basic thing. Just the PO number, date created, current status, date received, total number of items, total dollar value. A CSV of this info will be helpful for our financial reporting needs. Shopify Admins - please help, what are we missing?
Hi there, @Mike1933 ! Thanks for taking the time to follow up on this thread regarding exporting purchase orders in a CSV format!
At this time, it’s not possible to bulk export purchase orders in a CSV. With that being said, our Developers are aware of requests for this functionality, and are in the process of collecting more feedback to information their considerations on potentially including it in a future update. I’m going to pass along your feedback here to our Development Team so they can be made aware of the interest in having such functionality available. Thanks again!
Has the feature to export purchase order information to a CSV been added yet? I need to get a total of purchase orders over a period of time without having to use a calculator. This should be an easy feature to add.
If Shopify does not have this available, are there any 3rd party apps? I can’t seem to find any way to export purchase order history without manually going into each item and building my own spreadsheet
As a Shopify partner, none of the bulk export via csv powers for POs you use in admin will be available. A valid working solution would be to make use of the Shopify Admin API, or use an inventory app such as Stocky Alternative, or connect to an ERP/Airtable solution to pull PO data. You could also create a basic reporting app by extracting the data at fixed intervals using the APIs.
