Our app EZ Exporter can export the Variant IDs (and also Product IDs) to CSV or Excel for you. There’s a template in the app called “All Products and Variants” which already includes the IDs and can be customized further.
We have a 7-day free trial period, so if you just to do this once then you can just uninstall the app right away after running this export so your account doesn’t get charged.
