Is there an app that can do the following with regards to orders (instead of products)?

• export orders in a configurable XML format
• export orders via a POST-request to a specific URL
• export an order after is has been submitted by the customer

The distributor of the products I’m selling mentioned those 3 requirements. My technical knowledge is too limited.
