How can I extend processing times on my custom clothing store?

I’ve noticed a few other posts mentioning this dating back past 2020. I recently opened a shopify webstore to keep up with orders rather than using social media. The longest processing time listed is 2 days. I make custom clothing - to order. 2 days is barely enough time to get the fabric I need let alone embellishments and extras. My turnaround time is between 3-6 weeks, but I still want to be protected under Shopify Protect and be able to prevent fradulent chargebacks and such. Some dresses can be super pricey to make, and I can’t just be handing them out for free AND have to pay the chargeback fee.

Extended processing times need to be a standard option as well as having the Shopify Protect insurance option for up to 60 days (maybe charge a little extra for this?)

I just wish this was something shopify would add, even as an extra paid option, because it seems that so many people are dealing with the same thing, and its so time consuming as a sole proprietorship to have to go through everything constantly, we just want to be protected and not have huge things to worry about with every order. Making our items already takes us so much of our time. that being said, I do have it posted all over the shop, It is listed in my order confirmation emails, I have it listed all over my social media platforms, and I will definitely be adding it to my Terms and Conditions.
