How can I filter products using a custom template?

Hello everyone,
I need to find every poduct in my store that uses a custom product template we built: ‘product.preorder’
Is there a way to list these?

I was hoping this would work but it lists all products in the store.

/admin/api/2021-01/products.json?template_suffix=preorder
