How can I filter spam customers using segments in customer name fields?

How to filter spam customers by name?

Let’s say I want to search for russian words in customer name field, how to do that with segements?

We have a lot of spam and doing a segmentation like total_orders = 0 is even not working(pagination stop working after second page)

RETURN BACK THE OLD FILTERING FUNCTIONALITY OR DO NOT DO A TESTS ON LIVE SITES

I’m having a similar issue, with the Segmentation not picking on customer_tags or even being completely unpredictable on its results. I’m guessing is an index thing, but not sure we can “force” an index. Do we?
