How can I find a theme with a scrolling sidebar menu?

Hey,

I am looking for a theme with a sidebar menu that stays visible and scrolls with the pages. I want it to stay attached to the page that is viewed. I have not found one in the theme store that has good features. Their is one paid and one free that I have found. Can someone point me in the direction of a great theme that offers a sidebar menu? My main menu has 21 collections that need to be visible. Thanks!
