Looking for an app that will help with repairs. We currently us Aftership for exchanges and returns but it doesn’t allow a customer to mail in product for repairs. I would like to app to allow the customer to explain the repair and for us to see on the back end if it has arrived, in repair, repair done, repair shipped back.
I would love for this app to exist or if not to be created. Would love for this to be able to be on our website for customers to fill out similar to how Aftership works.
