How can I find an order form app for scheduling product refills?

I am opening up a zero-waste refillery where people will be able to bring their own jars to fill up on products such as laundry soap, body wash, etc by the ounce.

I want to offer a home refill option. The idea is they leave their jars out for refill at their front door and I refill them from my van.

I was wondering if there is an order form app where customers can order products and schedule the refill appointment at the same time BEFORE I get there.

I have seen others invoice customers after the fact and I am trying to avoid that.

This will only be available for local delivery.
