How can I find and change code in the Prestige theme?

I am using the Prestige theme. I have found threads asking about my questions but the answers are always changes in code. I am not that proficient with changing code…where do I find code? I hate that I need to do this but in some cases on my theme I don’t see any other choice.

Easy to understand answers are appreciated.

Hi @jasiri63 ,

Every code is different. What do you need to be done? Please include your website to best assist you.

You can find the code by following the instructions below.

  1. From your Admin store, go to Online store > Themes > Click Actions > Edit code

Depending on what you need to be edited, you choose the file on your left hand side.

Thanks I’ll give it a shot. I have the code correction from another thread…I’ll try to copy and paste.

I am trying to take the dark overlay off of the slide feature in Prestige.
