A requirement for Shopify Payments Canada is a business number. Your business number is a 9-digit number which is assigned by the CRA when you register a business with them. The Business Number (BN) is the number you would use to file your federal income tax to the CRA if you are filing as a business. It would be best to contact the CRA directly to have access to your business number.
