Your Shop ID isn’t made visible in the Shopify admin, but our live support team are able to retrieve this on our end and provide this to you.

In regards to a secret code for your store, I’m unsure what you’re referring to here. Can I ask what the code is for? Are you in the process of setting up a third-party payment gateway, and is the payment provider asking for a specific code from your Shopify store?
