How can I find my personal identification number for Shopify Payments?

Hello everyone, I need help :pensive_face: I want to set up Shopify Payments but I need the personal identification number. What is that, where do I see it? I would be extremely grateful for help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you looking to access your Merchant ID?

If so, you will want to have the Account Owner connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated and provide that ID to you. When it comes to account specific inquiries like this one, we wouldn’t have access to those details through the Community. Our support team however, will be able to provide further assistance.

To connect with us, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.
  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Select one of the available support options.
