hi @Calmby - Klarna Merchant support should be able to help you based on your Shopify store’s unique domain (which you can provide by copying the URL in your browser from your Shopify store admin). Hope that helps!
When you log into admin panel, take a look at the URL portion of the site. It should look something as below:
https://example_store_id.myshopify.com/
The subdomain portion (example_store_id) is your Shopify’s store id.
