How can I fix 404 errors and crawl delays on Google Search Console?

I am new to working with 404 errors in which I am trying to fix our warnings to give us a better rating. It seems that are issues are dealing with Crawl-delays and was wondering how I can fix these warnings. We are using google search console in which our warnings consists of Missing field “review”, Missing field “aggregateRating”, and no global identifier provided. I know that these are optional to fix but want to get these warnings fixed for better success on our site. Heres an example to help with fixing this issue.

2. Use an app for customer reviews (e.g. Loox) it will provide the needed code for “aggregate rating” and “review”
