Could you share more insight on the following:

  • Please share a screenshot of the error message.
  • Are you able to share a video recording or share what steps you took upon heading to the checkout?
  • Are your customers experiencing the checkout issue?
  • When did the issue first start?

As per our Shopify Status page, we haven’t had any recent reports today of checkouts being affected. However, I’d like to investigate further to identify the root cause.
