How can I fix a line break issue in my contact form?

Hello,

I edited the code of my contact form to include an opt-in to email button but the checkbox is on one line and the text “Subscribe to Email Marketing” is on the next line and I can’t figure out how to get them on one line together. Can someone help with this? Website is balmere.com and contact page is https://balmere.com/pages/waitlist
