How can I fix a potential error on my online store?

Hi can someone help me on my shopify store? i usually build my store by myself but i hire someone to redesign my store 5 days ago now i received an email stating that my store has an error it might get taken down if there is no action, i like to resolved this one right away. if i can build my store i will do that if thats the case.I value my partnership with Shopify and am dedicated to ensuring the success of my store. see the attach picture if this is real.

This is not an email from Shopify because they never use Gmail to send emails to their merchant, and I guess it is a scam email.
