How can I fix a store availability error message on my site?

Greeting,

My customer is receiving an error message stating that my store is not available. I tried following the instructions which were very confusing. How can I get my store back up and running. And added back to all my social media sites?

As mentioned above, you need to follow the link in order to be connected with a member of our live support team. You have the option to request a callback or live chat.

You don’t have an idea how frustrating this might be! You think it is easy to get your “ticket”? It is nowhere, literally… I have been desperate to find it, FOLLOWING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, for 45 minutes. @Epoch is totally right… how to get help???

You say: click Search then scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Continue under Get Support. You’ll then see the option to create a support ticket on the next page.

I say: 45 minutes to follow this piece of advise and your chat bot telling me to go to the FAQ!

If you still require assistance after typing your question in the chat box you can select the option 'I still need help.’ After selecting 'I still need help’ you should be presented an option to 'Select a store’ and connect with a support advisor.
