Hello there, I need advice or guidance for how to correct accessibility issues. Audit says all kinds of errors and problems. How do I correct these errors and make it accessible? Scratching my head about all this. What’s ashamed is I have had several staff that promise they could fix this and had no idea of how to correct this. It is possible for a Merchant to use Shopify to build a custom ADA-compliant online store.

Ultimately, it is the Merchant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including the ADA.)

Shopify will not be liable if the Merchant receives a lawsuit for not complying with applicable laws or regulations.
