my shopify store admin when i click my store they show me something wrong,how do i solve this problem??

Could you tell me a little bit more about what you’re seeing? If possible, a screenshot would be very helpful.
I can see that you have already gotten suggestions on this same thread on doing some local troubelshooting such as clearing your browser cache, but in the case that this does not work, any additional details on what you’re seeing will be useful for me to try and better understand what is the issue here.
Could you also check if you have received any emails from us regarding your store? Sometimes if there is an issue, we will contact you directly to let you know about it.
Could you also let me know if this is just happening in your admin, or if your storefront is also affected?
