Hopefully this is a simple fix. I have an info@ email address for my site that should, in theory, bounce to my personal email. But it doesn’t. I just get one of those annoying ‘undeliverable’ messages back.

To clarify, are you using a Shopify-managed custom domain? If so, you will be able to set up email forwarding by following the steps here: Set up email forwarding. Can you please review this document and let me know if everything is set up accordingly?
It’s important to note that if you’re using a third-party domain, then you can’t set up email forwarding addresses from your Shopify admin. Email forwarding or hosting might be offered by your third-party domain provider, or you can transfer your domain to Shopify.

I have had an email issue this my domain. My domain has been forwarded to Shopify and now my email doesn’t work. Can I setup an email with Shopify with the domain forwarded? I also, have it as my contact on the store so I have no ability to communicate now.
