How can I fix autoplay issues with Parallax Theme 2.0?

Hi,

I’m using the parallax Theme 2.0 and finding that autoplay does not work without controls showing .

Autoplay and auto loop is checked.

Its an MP4 file I’ve uploaded.

If there is code or a work around would appreciate anyones help.

I’m new to shopify, not experienced with code so whatever solution , please walk me through step by step .

How did you add a video to the store?

Can you share the store URL?

Hi ,I uploaded the MP4 file into files then copied the linkinto the:video section HTML5 MP4/OGV File URL

Yes , thats the issue.

Ive checked autoplay and auto loop and left show controls unchecked.

It shows the controls.

I cant share a screenshot since .png file is not supported in this chat
