I deleted 2 collections it is now leaving a blank spot on the actual website how can I fix

It sounds like you have deleted the collections from your themes section, without deleting the featured collection section, or replacing the collection with a new one. To correct this, open your theme editor by selecting Online Store > Customize, and select Featured Collection. From here, either replace the collection with a new collection, or select Remove Block.
In the meantime, I did want to make you aware of what I believe is a coding issue with your store’s pop up. When viewing on a desktop, with the popup open, your store’s logo covers the screen and is very pixelated. Please refer to the screenshot below.
This is something I would look into resolving as soon as possible as it could potentially turn away customers.
Another bit of advice, is to adjust your product photos to the same dimension and style. While browsing your site I noticed the featured products images are all different sizes which is distracting and looks unprofessional. Additionally, some images have backgrounds, while others do not. There are some apps that can help like Swap Photo Editor and Bulk Image Edit. Learn more about the important of this via this article.
