Hi, is have an issue here and I need your help please.

I just start my dropshipping store, and I trying to do a test order… the problem is I am buying a product with total charge of $4 Australian dollars… the original price on Aliexpress is $0.7 US dollars.

When I am trying to confirm the order with Dsers I end up with total charge of $3.6 US dollars. Which is about $6 Australian dollars.

So I am losing $2 Australian dollars instead of gaining money.

What should I do to fix the problem please???

Hi @OzChief Dsers by default uses USD so you need to update the pricing in your store so that you will not loose any money when you sell the product, because both the Dollar have different values and that is causing you the issue.

Increasing the price is the solution for your issue.

If you will unable to implement the same then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the changes so that this will work well for you.

Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please don’t forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!

Best Regards
