How can I fix delivery setup issues with Gelato free shipping profiles?

My primary active market is the United Kingdom and Europe with Gelato free shipping profiles.
My friend from Poland placed an order from my store, and everything went smoothly until she taped her address, at which point she received this message.

‘‘This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.’’

I checked for orders in the UK and received the same message; I’m not sure where and how I went wrong. I’d just like to point out that half of my products are fine and the other half shows that message.
How can I resolve this issue?

Recommend you check your shipping and delivery settings in store admin > Settings > Shipping and delivery > General shipping rates
