How can I fix dropdown menu and social icon issues on my website?

Hi all. my shopify page is www.orangegrove.co.nz and on the menu looking at Candles & Melts, on dropdown, if you want to click on WAX MELTS & BURNERS, you cant as it keeps disappearing. Can anyone help please?

Also I got some code from someone on here to move the social networking items top left. But when you go to the site or any page there are a couple of seconds where the icons are giant sized and then the page loads correctly. Any clues on fixing this please?

@wendycain - please change order of menu put wax…burners item at top, issue is candles menu have drop down hence it is opening and overlapping wax…burners menu.

About giant icons, actually you may have made them smaller using css and hence till the time your is css is not loaded it shows giant icons. It depends on the speed of loading your site content.
