How can I fix duplicate tracking events in conversion event tracking?

I am writing to you in reference to different queries we have about conversion event tracking.

First of all, we have located errors in the add to cart and begin checkout events, the first we have verified using Tag assistant that every time we perform the action of adding a product to the cart it is duplicated, the second jumps in each completion section of the purchase (Add info, selection of shipping method, add payment method information). We need this to only jump when the action occurs and not duplicate so we can see the funnel accurately. ¿How can i solve that? I need to desduplicate this events.
