On google search console, we have 233 pages and 1,780 pages not indexed.
586 have the error “alternate page with proper canonical tag.”
565 have the error “page with redirect”
is this a problem and if so, how can it be fixed?

Problem 1: You can check if your website has a canonical tag.
Problem 2: Redirect pages reported from GSC will not affect your website. You can optimize by checking whether these 301 pages redirect to the right target or not. And are there any urls that point to these pages?
