How can I fix invalid address errors for US customers in my online store?

We’ve had some customers contact us that Shopify is saying their address isn’t valid. It’s the correct address, when we manually do an order it goes through and gets delivered to the customer just fine. But not sure how many people are getting that message and not ordering. Is there anyway to make it so Shopify can accept all addresses in the US? We have only one product on our store and it’s calculated shipping by weight. Does anyone know what we can do?

I will be able to try different addresses to see where the errors are coming from. It would also be helpful to share a screenshot of your current shipping settings/rates. We only have one product these are the shipping settings. We are only shipping to the US.

I also have a similar issue when using calculated rates.
