How can I fix invisible changes on my sports apparel website?

I also want to emphasize that I am a beginner when it comes to Shopify, and this marks my very first experience in the world of dropshipping.

During my exploration, I came across certain missing options. I was able to locate these missing selections in a different alternative instead of the theme, but despite attempting to edit these choices and clicking on “save,” nothing seemed to be saved or became visible on my website. Consequently, these options do not appear to be functioning as expected on my Shopify store.

Ok i have not sent you any email on your eshako.shak@gmail.com. i just replied to you here in comment thread. Shopify sends an email notification so you must have received that email.

I noted your store category and your business of dropshipping.

what kind of missing options you are talking which is not getting saved ? Can you please confirm that ? which options are not functioning can you please elaborate further ?

The missing options are: announcement, header, image banner, rich text, collage.

yes these options are already there in shopify in backend you need to go to Online Store > Theme > click customizer then you will see the options of

announcement, header, image banner, rich text.
