i’m new with shopify.
this morning I installed an app for the automatic email marketing (sending email to subscribe or reward). that AItrillion app was asking Copy the following DNS Records into your email domain hosting provider. Like an idiot, I went to copy paste the CNAME of AItrillion links on those that already existed on myshopify store in the DKIM / DNS setting. So I overwrite the links and i no longer receive emails. I tried the reset DSN setting and I think it is worse … before my error there were 4 links and after the reset just 1. Result I no longer receive foward emails to my personal email . I tried to add the automatic emails and I’m afraid of having muddled up
you would know nice if you can help me because with my limited computer knowledge i think i am a chessmate
